Garrett Allen

Hello! I am Mr. Allen, and I teach mathematics at Bayfield High School. I love teaching this subject because students can see what they can truly do, understand, and explore in our ever-changing world. Mathematics, as said more eloquently by historical figures before, helps unlock the logic, reason, creativity and curiosity about the world - both natural and not. I believe that all students can learn math, and we as a department strive to work through many different avenues and angles to help as many students as we can access such a wonderful subject that can be applicable to anything you love. Mountain biking, skiing, or engineering are such things for me to use math to explore and wonder - and our students will find theirs.
